When you look into the centre of this photograph, understand that you could easily stand up underneath the lip, such is the scale of the wave which stands somewhere from 35-40 foot tall. To see a wave of this scale flare itself out, the only wave to do this on the whole trip, combined with its remote location, It felt like id been transported to some kind of a different world.
