Artist's Note: The small anomaly in the earring is the emblem of the alchemical ‘felix culpa’ and was intentionally preserved and not removed in post-production: it represents the alchemical footprint of the generative glitch, an intentional breaking point in symmetry to remind us that true beauty resides within the imperfection of living matter. This artwork is part of "The Dwellings of Infinity" , where every form holds a world, and every path leads beyond the visible. A journey through different worlds, each holding its own story, connected by an invisible thread. We are not the ones who inhabit worlds. It is the worlds that inhabit us. This artwork is issued as a unique **1/1 NFT**. ### Ownership & Collector's Rights The purchase of this NFT transfers ownership of the digital token to its lawful collector. It does not transfer copyright or exclusive rights in the associated artwork. The lawful owner of the NFT is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to: - Display the artwork in private collections, personal digital galleries, digital frames, and home cinema environments. - Use the artwork as a personal profile picture on social media, Web3 platforms, and digital collector profiles. - Publicly display the artwork and temporarily lend it for exhibition in museums, galleries, art institutions, and curated physical or digital exhibitions. - Share images of the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, with appropriate attribution to the artist. Exhibition permissions include ordinary public display, including exhibitions organized by institutions that charge admission, but do not authorize independent commercial exploitation of the artwork. The collector may be identified as the owner of the NFT in connection with exhibitions, subject to the collector's consent. ### Artist's Reserved Rights The artist expressly retains all copyright and intellectual property rights legally subsisting in her original creative contributions, including the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, publication, licensing, and commercial exploitation. The artist retains the independent, non-exclusive right to display, exhibit, reproduce, publish, and present the artwork in personal and collective exhibitions, retrospectives, portfolios, artistic publications, exhibition catalogues, and other artistic projects, without requiring the NFT owner's consent. **All rights relating to the commercial use or licensing of the artwork in films, cinema, documentaries, television, streaming productions, advertising, promotional campaigns, publications, merchandising, and other audiovisual or media productions remain reserved to the artist.** The collector is not authorized to independently license the artwork for such uses, sell reproductions, create commercial merchandise, or grant third parties commercial exploitation rights. Any such use requires the artist's prior written authorization, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law. ### Transfer of the NFT The permissions granted to the collector apply only while that collector lawfully owns the NFT.
