This original mixed-media painting captures the core narrative of transformation. It begins with a deep, chaotic layer of pure black, turbulent patterns, and textures representing our unredeemable past: a blend of fleeting human goodness and inherent brokenness, where no works or efforts can break sin's dominion. Through the build-up of gradually lighter colors (from black to light pinks and fair peaches), symbolizing growing understanding of God's Word and culminating in the moment of justification—when sins are instantly blotted out (Acts 3:19), the believer is declared righteous, covered by Christ's blood, and seen by God as just as if never sinned. The climax is an overwhelming veil of pure, radiant white—textured and luminous—embodying imputed righteousness, freedom from sin's power, and the call to walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4). A timeless declaration of grace alone.
