The American Artist Robness is a true ‘OG’ of the Crypto Art space. He has been closely involved in a number of early Art movements which have evolved from it, such as ‘Rare Pepes.’
However he is now considered, if not the actual founder, then definitely the figurehead of the ‘Trash Art’ movement.
Trash is a unique visual Art movement to have evolved from Crypto/NFT Art; and now the best known. Like all new ideas it was laughed off and dismissed for some time, especially by collectors who considered themselves serious arbiters and taste makers.
That is, until recently when early works started to fetch significant prices such as his famous ‘64-GallonToter’ which sold for over USD quarter million. Not so funny now.
You can learn more about it from this article on the movement by another notable Trash Artist Second Realm (Eric Rhodes):

Robness’s rowdy and outspoken yet surprisingly philosophical persona is associated with a number of iconic images and catchphrases, and for firing off a barrage of social media commentary and statements continually typed in all caps.
This was meant to be a series of Ferrara-inspired candy boxes that to date have never evolved past this first one.
The concept for this also riffed off the ZAMS candy packages I made and distributed at Future Art, possibly the first NFT Art show to be staged globally in Sydney in Jan 2021, which may be viewed here:
