soft weather arrived without warning
the kind that settles on skin
before the mind has time to name it
an old frequency
moving through the cracks
one quiet pulse at a time
pieces that had cooled
found their edges again
in the places where smiles land
and touch remembers
sacred in the way wild things are
playful where the current turns
steady enough to rest inside
bright enough to stay awake
now the light carries traces of it
now the clouds tune into its flow
now the rain embraces its presence
life remembers its shape
when something ancient
returns without asking
to be understood
