Not everyone who enters our lives leaves us with something worth keeping.

Energy Vampires explores the relationships and encounters that slowly drain us of our energy and sense of self. Some influences are immediately recognisable, while others disguise themselves through familiarity, affection or the appearance of good intentions.

Often, we only recognise what has been taken once we begin to feel the weight of its absence. A reminder to be mindful of who we allow into our lives, what we give of ourselves and when it becomes necessary to let go.
