There are 3 artworks in rotation, each representing one of the three words written on the assassin's bullet casings: delay, deny & depose. These words represent the tactics used by insurance companies to refuse service and prioritize profits over people.
The 22-day time interval represents the $22 billion in profits that UnitedHealthcare made in 2023. Each day that passes between artwork updates represents $1 billion in profits made that year.
The music is meant to inspire a feeling of a normal life turned upside down by actions outside of their control, with feelings of fear, helplessness and senselessness, until a breaking point is reached—at which point it's already too late.
The synthesizer is within the frequency range of human vocalizations, representing the shrieking screams of the families suffering under the insurance-industrial complex.
