Same quiet gas station, but now the whole system is crashing. Pop-up errors everywhere ,“System error!”, “Page Not Found”, big orange “ERROR 404” glowing across the building. Even the “Go Back” button is there like it’s begging me to return to normal.

It’s like life sometimes.
You pull up thinking you just need a quick stop, some fuel, a moment to breathe and suddenly everything freezes. Connection lost. Heart not found. The real world and the digital world both failing at the same time.

But I’m still standing there in the purple light.
The station is still open. The pump is still there. Even in the middle of the crash, I’m still trying to fill the tank and keep moving.

This piece is about those moments when everything feels broken , relationships, plans, the day itself , but we’re still here, still at the pump, still hoping the next click or the next mile will let us go back or move forward.
