Immense cement Electrical Towers stand along the roadside and reach across Gilsfjörður marking the border to the Westfjords, Iceland.
September 2019 I was awarded the opportunity to live in Iceland for one month as an Artist in Residence at a small working farmhouse in the remote Westfjords. I spent my time photographing the regions landscape and GilsfjordurArts farm owner's winter sheepherding and mussel processing operations.
