"The Forward Building, such a magnificent staple. Almost 120 years old, you should see the inside of this place. Magnificent, taking a step back in time. Used to be offices, now multi million dollar condos. Surrounded on all corners by hipsters and $40 iced coffes, that piece of architecture is vital.
Karl Marx spent a lot of time there, Spike Jonze, so on so on. (...) A Yiddish newspaper was based out of there for quite some time."
