HFPD is is responsible for managing the institution's fraud prevention and detection efforts, implementing fraud prevention strategies, monitoring transactions and account activity for suspicious behavior, and conducting investigations and implementing controls to prevent fraud. HFPD is encouraged to simulate hacks and perform worst practices to educate the community in the risks.
