Mistakes, no matter how minor they may seem, can have far-reaching repercussions in our lives. Sometimes, these errors may initially appear to be the right course of action, and at times, our conscience may even give us a slight warning. However, despite these signals, we often find ourselves falling into the trap of these mistakes, leading to consequences that endure for longer periods and causing delays in fulfilling our purpose.
It is important to recognize that while some experiences can be beneficial for personal growth, there are others that are unnecessary and only bring us unnecessary suffering. Instead of solely relying on our own experiences, it is far more valuable to learn from the experiences of others. By doing so, we can gain wisdom and insight without having to go through the same trials and tribulations ourselves.
If you have already made a mistake, there is good news for you. There exists a system that takes care of these mistakes and can compress time to restore the wasted moments caused by preventable errors. This system offers hope and redemption to those who believe in it and submit to its principles, providing a means to reclaim lost time.
Here is how the system works. We sometimes see in movies how someone comes up with an idea to help humanity using a very powerful technology, but in the end, after the entire technology is put in place, it is hijacked by a person with a very terrible mindset, who uses that same technology to gain uncontrollable power, leading to potential destruction. Eventually, the technology is reclaimed and used to halt the evil mission, but not without significant harm having been done. While most of the damages inflicted can be reversed, some effects leave a lasting impact.
In this system, the villain is represented by the devil, whose objective is to steal, kill, and destroy. On the other hand, Jesus stands as the savior, whose purpose is to save and grant abundant life. This notion is connected to John 10:10 NKJV, which states, The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
The system that blots out our mistakes and provides a path to restoration is attributed to Jesus' finished work on the cross, as revealed in Colossians 2:13-15 NLT, "You were dead because of your sins and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away. Then God made you alive with Christ, for he forgave all our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross. In this way, he disarmed the spiritual rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross." The sinful nature was caused as a result of man's disobedience to God in the garden of Eden (as recorded in Genesis chapter 3.)
This system grants us the power and authority to nullify the records of guilt and consequences that hinder us from living a purposeful life. As stated in II Corinthians 5:17 NKJV, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."
So, how can one access the benefits of this system? It begins by acknowledging one's wrongdoing, believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God, confessing mistakes to Him, and accepting Him into one's life as a savior and guide.
In the process of embracing this system, it is crucial not to condemn ourselves or allow the condemnation of others to define who we are. Only God holds the authority to pass judgment, and He has made it clear that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, as Romans 8:1 NIV emphasizes.
