And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it...
Genesis 1:28. The concept of dominating one's sector or industry can be seen as an extension of this biblical instruction. It suggests that each person has been given unique gifts, talents, and abilities that, when identified, honed, and utilized, enable them to make a significant impact in their respective fields. By excelling in their chosen area, individuals can fulfill their purpose and contribute to the betterment of the world.
People are naturally drawn to individuals who possess qualities or skills that they admire or can benefit from. This attraction could be based on someone's character, expertise, creativity, or any other valuable trait they possess. However, this potential remains dormant and not beneficial to your sector until it is identified, honed, and put into practice.
When gold is purified using strong fire, it becomes more appealing and valuable, and a manufacturer releases his product for final consumers once it has been tested thoroughly enough to satisfy their clients. They are so confident in their products that they provide a warranty and guarantee. If anything goes wrong with the product as a result of the company's error, they tell you to return it to get it repaired or replaced for free. All of this has been put in place to protect the company's reputation, not the product. Similarly, God, as the ultimate manufacturer, puts individuals through tests and refining processes to prepare them for their purpose. These tests are not meant to harm or discourage individuals but rather to ensure that they are equipped to serve others effectively.
The gold is our character and talent; we are the product, and God is the manufacturer. We are to hone our gift and work on our character, and God will put us to the test before releasing us to serve the world. If we do not pass this test, we will have to reface it till we do. Your passion and joy, together with your feeling of purpose, will motivate you to persevere until you achieve success in this phase.
The bible made us understand that God is flawless, so, we can be perfect as well. This does not mean the absence of mistakes. Instead, It is through our unwavering faith in God that we are made perfect as portrayed in Genesis 15:6 NLT; "And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith."
The value of one's purpose lies in the extent to which they reflect the identity and nature of God. By embracing their unique qualities and utilizing them for the greater good, individuals manifest the attributes of God and contribute to the well-being of others. The impact of one's life, on the other hand, is measured by how much of God others can see in their words, actions, and relationships. By living a life aligned with God's principles, individuals have the potential to positively influence those around them and leave a lasting legacy.
This process was revealed to us through Jesus' earthly life. Jesus, who happened to be the son of God went through the same processes before he was finally revealed to the world according to Matthew 3:17 NKJV "And suddenly a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
