Fading Forest is a project by MasterOnChain, composed of seven companion works that conceptually form a single artwork. Each piece is built as layered SVGs, animated in looping sequences, fully on-chain, with no dependencies. The series reflects the layered nature of blockchains—where history and provenance are immutable. Piece #1 begins with 20 layers; each subsequent work gradually reduces the number of layers, reflecting the forest's slow fade while maintaining its vitality.
