We are hiring
An interview loop at Manifold includes 3-4 steps and typically takes 2-3 weeks from start to finish. Here is what you can expect when you interview with us.
We want to get to know you better, tell you more about the role and company, and answer any questions you might have. This will be a 30 minute conversation with our recruiting team.
To assess your coding skills. This will be a 45 minute triplebyte assessment (do it async, on your own time). This is the only interview in our process that's similar to a leetcode type of assessment.
We want to learn how you solve problems and how you work with other engineers. We will schedule 2 separate 75-90 minute interviews with our engineering team. These are focused on high level problem solving, communication, peer programming, and how you approach technical problems. One of these interviews will be with 1-2 members of our engineering team. The second will be with one of our founders.
This assessment applies to those who are new to web3 technologies and is part of our process on a case by case basis. We want to understand your approach and thinking related to web 3 based technologies. We'll send you a project we've put together and have you work on a solution. You'll then present it to one of our founders and discuss your approach and decision making. This typically takes 3-5 hrs.
